Friends -- I want to thank you all for taking the time out of your busy lives to make the trip to Palm Desert to remember Greg, raise a beer in his honor, and have a lot of fun !! It was great to see the folks that make it out every year, and there were some new ones again this year, which is always great to see -- Mike, Brody, and I love to see the tournament grow each year !!
Celeste & Doug, a special thanks to you both for making the trip down again this year, extra special with the little guy in tow this year !! It means a lot to all of us to see you every year and wish you guys the best with little Max ...
Mr & Ms. Curtis -- Thanks once again for hosting the Calcutta party -- we really appreciate it ... it's become home for the tourney and it wouldn't be the same without the Curtis hospitality and the Star Trek figurine Art. Thanks once again to Bevin, Curtis, and Celeste for arranging for food and drinks !!
It was another great year for the Calcutta -- This was the biggest year ever, and with Celeste and Doug generously donating their huge winnings to the Leukemia Society in addition to what was already raised, you all were able to contribute over $3500 in all to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society -- a banner year, and a great cause !!. We can't say thanks enough for everyone participating, it's always a great event and a lot of fun.
Mikey -- Thanks again for putting on a fantastic tournament. You do a great job organizing the event and setting up the great deal on Condo's at the Indio Resort every year. Hopefully the event continues to grow larger year after year as we all look forward to getting back together each year for some golf, recreational beverage sampling, and story telling. The course and food were fantastic once again and my family really appreciates you putting in all the hard work to continue this great tradition in Greg's memory.
We hope to see you all at the tournament once again next year and bring some friends with you.
